We work closely with leading law firms and alternative legal service providers to secure the best commercial and strategic outcomes for the bank We are currently seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join the UK, Capital Markets and Advisory Legal Function in the Leveraged and Acquisition Finance and Event Financing Legal team. The role of Senior Legal Counsel is to provide a high quality, timely and cost effective origination support and transaction execution service to the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance ("LAF") and Event Financing businesses in London, Paris, Dusseldorf, Dubai and the US, primarily to support the structuring and execution of leveraged finance, event financing, growth markets, infrastructure and investment grade loan financings. In this role, you will: - Lead the structuring, review and negotiation of finance documentation for cross border loan financings (with involvement from pitch phase to completion, and thereafter), alongside the LAF and Event Financing origination and syndication teams;Demonstrate a good commercial understanding of a range of loan transactions and structures and maintain a detailed knowledge of current market terms and trends;Partner with the LAF and Event Financing businesses and other stakeholders to resolve
