Your team IG Prime's London-based Sales Team is expanding, and we're looking for an accomplished senior sales professional to help drive our next phase of growth. This is your opportunity to shape business development strategy across sophisticated institutional clients including hedge funds, family offices, brokers, and white label partners. Your Role in the Team’s Success As a senior member of our sales team, you'll take ownership of the full client lifecycle—from identifying and originating new business opportunities through to successful onboarding and long-term relationship management. You'll be instrumental in expanding IG Prime's market presence across multiple geographies, working with some of the most dynamic players in the institutional trading space. What you’ll do Client Acquisition & Growth Identify, develop and win new institutional clients across hedge funds, family offices, brokers and white label partners Prepare and deliver compelling pitches to prospective clients, showcasing IG Prime's competitive advantages Develop existing client relationships strategically to capture wallet share from competing brokers Represent IG Prime at industry marketing events and conferences, building brand presence and pipeline Revenue & Market Share Support and implement targeted sales strategies across key regions to accelerate market penetration Drive revenue growth by converting high-value opportunities and expanding client engagement Build comprehensive knowledge of IG Prime's full product suite and capabilities to position solutions effectively Collaboration & Excellence Partner closely with internal stakeholders—including trading, operations, technology and product teams—to ensure clients receive first-class service at every stage Help develop controls, policies and procedures that enhance efficiency and effectiveness for the London sales team Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and client experience This role offers significant autonomy, direct impact on business outcomes, and the opportunity to work within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment backed by IG Group's global infrastructure and reputation. What you’ll need for this role At least 5 years' experience in an institutional sales role An ability to confidently articulate complex financial solutions Experience presenting to C-suite level A drive & ambition to grow IG Prime’s market share through new opportunities & existing relationships A strong client focus Proficiency in another language is preferred How we work We try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
