About the role: The Senior Implementation Manager - EMEA will head up a cross-functional team tasked with implementing and integration of new customer and partner solutions, as well as uplifting and migrating existing customers onto our latest platforms. They are responsible for managing a portfolio of customer projects and migrations to ensure delivery to the required quality, budgetary and timeline metrics. This role is also responsible for the co-ordination of internal resources and must have solid communication skills to align expectations clearly with both technical and non-technical parties. Responsibilities: Partner with the Director of Professional Services to prioritise and track cross-functional activities for client implementations. Lead and support team members within the EMEA Professional Services group. Oversee a portfolio of client projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery. Coordinate the migration of existing clients to updated platforms. Communicate progress, performance, and delivery costs clearly and regularly. Share client feedback with the Product team to inform future development. Continuously improve hybrid delivery processes and support quality assurance. Represent the Delivery team in pre-sales, ongoing service, and support engagements. Requirements: Experience managing customer-facing projects, ideally in software or technology. Ability to lead teams and foster collaboration across functions. Clear and confident communicator, comfortable with presentations and written updates. Skilled at managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Familiarity with planning and coordinating activities across product and engineering teams. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement abilities. Understanding of agile delivery practices. Comfortable working independently in fast-paced settings. Able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Experience with identity verification or biometrics is a plus. Exposure to fintech environments is beneficial. Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence. Analytical mindset for documenting technical requirements. Project management certification.
