We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer to lead and support our safety initiatives across Mazak. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, promoting a strong safety culture, and driving continuous improvement in HSE performance. Job Description Lead the implementation and monitoring of HSE policies, procedures, and programs.Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.Investigate incidents and near misses, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.Deliver HSE training and toolbox talks to staff and contractors.Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with legal and company requirements.Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely reporting.Support the development of emergency response plans and conduct drills.Champion a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across all levels of the organization.Report analysis including trendsInterrogate root cause of accidents inc. creation of departmental systems and procedures to prevent reoccurrenceUnderstand & maintain departmental systems, procedures & KPI's.Has the ability and willingness to train others on OJT.Demonstrate tangible Kaizen based improvement projects for SQDCP.Control 5S t
