Our client is looking for a Senior HR Specialist to spearhead a long-term cultural transformation within a world-renowned, international design practice. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will act as a pivotal leader, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and complex employee relations. You will be capable of designing bespoke solutions that respect the unique heritage of the practice while helping to evolve our future.This is a truly strategic role where you can leave a lasting legacy. You will be supported by a leadership team that has already secured buy-in for change, providing you with the platform and the resources to succeed.Key Responsibilities:You will lead strategic culture change. Working closely with HR team to analyse employee engagement surveys, identify core themes, then propose and implement long-term structural and cultural shifts to the Board of Directors and People and Culture Council. You will lead on complex employee relations. Take full ownership of high-level ER cases and provide expert guidance and mentorship to a team of HR Advisors on day-to-day requirements.You will build deep trust with Board Directors and senior stakeholders to ensure continued buy-in for people-led initiatives.You will work closely with the People & Culture Council—a group of senior representatives dedicated to being the mechanism for authentic change.
