The company culture encourages continuous improvement and innovation, particularly within HR, creating opportunities to lead change initiatives.Leading a team of 4 HR Business Partners, this is an opportunity to be a key HR leader in a respected, growing business with opportunities for long-term progression.Key responsibilities of the Senior HR Business Partner:· Partner with senior leaders to deliver the people strategy across multiple sites· Coach and develop operational managers and leadership teams· Lead workforce planning, organisational design, and talent development· Manage complex employee and industrial relations, including pay negotiations and union engagement· Champion culture, safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement· Provide HR insights to drive performance and workforce productivity· Lead and develop an operations-aligned HR teamKey requirements of the Senior HR Business Partner:Proven Senior HRBP experience in a heavily operational business, e.g. manufacturing, industrial, or logistics environmentsStrong stakeholder management and leadership coaching skills
