Our client is a PE backpacked ambitious and high growth Software solutions based in London, having seen successful growth since its inception over 10 years ago they are now entering their next stage of growth and with some new org design to facilitate growth they are now looking for a strong HRBP who has experience working with European GTM/Sales teams. Paying up to £90k with Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office) and an annual bonus based on performance you will be an exceptional HRBP that is able to work with senior GTM to enhance performance What You'll Do Work with the Senior GTM Director and EMEA HR Leader to oversee the performance management and career development & support GTM product managers in providing continuous performance feedback and drive growthWork with the Senior GTM Director with the setting and communication of all KPI goals to facilitate income growthProvide advice, assistance, and resolution services to employees at all levels, driven by company policies and relevant employment legislation and become a trusted advisor.Coach department managers with all ER matters including performance and conduct issuesWork with the EMEA HR leader and CPO with all new HR strategiesReport on all HR metrics back to the HR and department leaders Work with your department heads to distribute the results of the engagement surveys and develop new or improvement plans.Manage the annual reward process and support leaders on communication of the information.Work with Global HR Centres of Excellence on matters around global mobility matters and associated work.Proactively identify opportunities for continued development and improvement of the HR function in your business lines The successful Candidate will have You will have a strong background in a high growth PE backed tech business
