Senior Helpdesk Administrator - 6-month Fixed Term Contract Are you an organised and customer-focused administrator with a knack for coordination and communication? We're looking for a Senior Helpdesk Administrator to join our client's Care Centre team on a 6-month fixed term contract, with the potential for hybrid working after a successful probation period. Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week Week 1: 08:00-16:00 Week 2: 09:00-17:00 (alternating weekly) Location: Office-based initially in Milton Keynes; hybrid working considered after probation Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience What You'll Be Doing: Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and emailLog job details accurately into our internal IT systemPlan engineer's routes in line with SLA requirementsLiaise with engineers and parts dispatch teams to ensure smooth operationsProvide job completion updates and relevant information to customers What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a customer service or help desk admin roleStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectivelyComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesSAP Knowledge Please note that no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of a person's gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation.
