You'll lead creative efforts to promote opportunities to employers, prospective students, and the wider community through innovative campaigns across the Group's colleges and subsidiaries. Main Duties: Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to deliver high-quality design and creative content. Utilise Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office applications to produce design and print-ready artwork. Lead projects, liaise with Senior Managers, and present concepts and ideas. Maintain and safeguard brand identity across all designs and campaigns. Prepare artwork for print, digital publishing, and large-format printing. Create digital animations for social media and outdoor advertising platforms. Produce artwork for online advertising, liaise with suppliers, and advise on best practices. Manage budgets for print and design-related services to ensure cost efficiency. Develop engaging designs for online applications, outdoor advertising, and exhibitions. Monitor and maintain brand identity, adhering to guidelines and ensuring consistency. Oversee design projects from conception to delivery, including original illustrations and info graphics.
