  • Accountabilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain full-stack features in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Next.js.
  • Translate AI and user insights into practical product improvements, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and deliver solutions end-to-end.
  • Take ownership of projects from conception to launch, including code quality, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Contribute to architecture and system design decisions for scalable and maintainable applications.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies to integrate capabilities that enhance the platform.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.
  • 10+ years of experience building complex, production-grade applications with deep expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Next.js.
  • Strong foundation in computer science and modern software architecture principles, with proven application in real-world products.
  • Product mindset: ability to think beyond code, understand user needs, and propose impactful solutions.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability for end-to-end project delivery.
  • Familiarity with AI coding assistants and understanding of the AI landscape to translate capabilities into practical features.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills within fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in dynamic or early-stage environments, with the ability to create clarity and drive execution.
