This is an opportunity to shape a product’s future, work hands-on with .NET and React, and collaborate closely with designers and product leads in an agile environment.
Accountabilities
- · Design, develop, test, and deploy new product features using .NET (C#) on Azure and React on the frontend.
- · Maintain clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, balancing innovation with pragmatism.
- · Collaborate with designers, product leads, and engineers to establish a high-impact development culture.
- · Define and implement architectural improvements and ensure smooth evolution from legacy systems.
- · Take ownership of development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and DevOps automation.
- · Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of autonomy, curiosity, and collaboration.
- · Support knowledge transfer and business continuity during the transition from legacy systems.
- · 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack software development, preferably in product-oriented SaaS companies or startups.
- · Strong proficiency with .NET / C#, Azure, React, and jQuery.
- · Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and ORMs.
- · Proven skills in RESTful API design (Swagger/OpenAPI) and frontend/backend development with attention to usability.
- · Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, GitHub Actions).
- · Ability to work in a small, fast-moving team, demonstrating ownership, initiative, and a product mindset.
- · Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a focus on pragmatic delivery.
- · Comfortable contributing to both technical and product strategy discussions.
- · 100% remote work with ultimate flexibility in schedule and location.
- · Freedom to solve problems autonomously while collaborating with a supportive team.
- · Minimal bureaucracy with efficient processes and a focus on sustainable momentum.
- · Opportunity to work in a small, friendly, and entrepreneurial team environment.
- · Access to a network of SaaS professionals for knowledge sharing and mentorship.
- · Flexible time off to recharge as needed.
- · Chance to contribute to the growth and modernization of a portfolio of SaaS products.
