A well-established boutique IFA firm in Folkestone is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Financial Administrator to join their close-knit team.Working closely with the firm’s Chartered Financial Planners and Paraplanner, this role will focus on supporting both new and existing business processing within a busy, high-quality financial planning environment. This is a hands-on position and would suit someone who is confident managing end-to-end financial administration and provider liaison.The RoleProviding day-to-day administrative support to the Paraplanner and advisersProcessing new business from submission through to completionManaging ongoing servicing requirements for existing clientsPreparing, submitting, and tracking documentation with providers and platformsChasing providers and platforms to ensure cases progress smoothlyMaintaining accurate client records and back-office systemsEnsuring all work is completed in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance proceduresRegular professional contact with clients and third partiesThe Ideal CandidateAt least 3 years’ experience in a financial services administration role Background within an IFA or wealth management firm is essentialPrevious experience supporting advisers and/or paraplannersHighly organised with strong attention to detailComfortable managing multiple cases and deadlines simultaneouslyConfident communicator with a professional approachWhat’s on OfferSalary up to £36,000, depending on experienceFull-time, permanent positionOffice-based role in FolkestoneSome flexibility around working from home, where requiredOpportunity to join a reputable boutique firm with a strong focus on quality advice and client service
