Pan-European private equity group with offices in Europe, Asia and the US. Central London based. Description Prepare management accounts for multiple entities, including accruals and deferrals, in accordance with local GAAPsManage day-to-day accounting transactions, including postings, reconciliations, receivables, and payables.Prepare annual financial statements for holding and service companies, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines.Act as the primary contact for external tax advisors and auditors, supporting audits and tax filings across multiple jurisdictions.Compile and deliver financial reports for internal management and external stakeholders.Prepare and submit VAT returns and assist with other indirect tax matters.Support the implementation of process improvements, systems enhancements, and automation initiatives across the finance functionContribute to ad hoc projects and assignments including M&A integration and financial due diligence support. Profile The ideal candidate will be: Fully Qualified in ACA, CPA, ACCA or CIMA2-3+ years post-qualified experienceExperience working with Workday Financial system - ESSENTIAL Financial Services sector experience, ideally with 1-2 years in private equity, investment management, or an international corporateStrong technical knowledge of UK GAAP/FRS 102 and familiarity with other European GAAPs advantageous.Experience managing multi-entity accounting and cross-border reporting.Proven ability to manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders.Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
