As the company enters its next phase of growth, they are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Finance Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function and support central operations.This role works closely with the CFO and leadership team and is well suited to someone who enjoys operating in a small, agile environment, building processes from the ground up, and partnering across the business.The RoleYou'll lead financial reporting, liquidity planning, and finance operations, helping build the financial and operational foundations for the company's next phase of growth.Key responsibilities include:Financial reporting & closeOwning the monthly soft close and ensuring timely, accurate reportingLeading quarterly close cycles and preparing investor reporting packsSupporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisLiquidity & cash planningManaging short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts and runway planningSupporting working capital management and liquidity monitoringAssisting with banking and treasury processesFinance operationsOverseeing accounts payable and receivableSupporting payroll and general HR-related finance processesManaging invoicing, payment runs, collections, and supplier relationshipsTax & complianceSupporting UK start up tax processes (including EMI schemes and R&D tax credits)Assisting with statutory compliance and audit readinessBusiness & leadership supportProviding ad hoc financial and operational analysis to the
