Job title: Senior Finance and Operations ExecutiveSalay: £50,000 Location: Greenwich My client is looking for a Senior Finance and Operations Executive to join their team, they ideally need someone who can do both aspects and have worked in a technical company. They work to enterprise level, so this requires someone who has strong commercial experience. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a senior finance and/or operations role within an SME or fast-paced environment, with clear ownership of day-to-day financial management, operational coordination and internal business systems.Duties: Ownership of day-to-day finance operations including sales ledgerResponsibility for customer, supplier and subcontractor invoicing, renewals and billing structuresManagement of enterprise and public-sector invoicing requirements, ensuring approvals, variations and reconciliations are accurately trackedMaintenance of accurate and meticulous financial records through XeroOwnership of customer renewal billingLiaison with customers, suppliers and subcontractors to resolve invoicing, payment and account queriesResponsibility for core operational processes that support the effective running of the businessOwnership and ongoing management of document management Management of complex enterprise customer projects, coordinating multiple orders, depots and purchase order structures through advanced use of Excel and business systems to ensure control, accuracy and efficiencyCoordination of business operations and office management activities, including travel arrangements, meeting coordination, documentation preparation and visitor managementAttending weekly management meetingsProviding high-level administrative and operational support to Directors and the wider team
