Element Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with an exciting, private equity backed professional services business as they look to hire a Senior Finance Analyst.This role is a pivotal hire as the business look to continue their growth in 2026 through strategic acquisitions. You will undertake financial modelling, valuation analysis and due diligence for acquisitions, working closely with senior stakeholders to help shape strategic decision making, through valuable financial insight. You will also have exposure to c-suite senior leadership team, presenting key findings to support growth ambitions.This business are looking for a recently qualified accountant, with strong experience within Microsoft Excel and a basic understanding of financial modelling would be useful. You will consider yourself naturally analytical with the ambition to grow and progress, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and confidence to collaborate with stakeholders of various levels, up to executive leadership team.This is a unique opportunity to join a business at an early stage of what is going to be a long term growth project through acquisition and an opportunity to get hands on experience in a role with real varietyHybrid working of 2 days per week in the office is offered at their Bristol office location, with a salary of up to £62,500 available plus additional benefits, dependent on experience.For more information, please contact Tom Chambers at Element Recruitment.
