About the Role

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Finance Officer to join our dynamic finance team, supporting the Head of Finance and Finance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of financial functions including financial modelling, transaction processing, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance support. You will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and process monthly financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations and financial audits to maintain data integrity.
  • Assist in budget preparation, monitoring expenditures, and providing insights on financial performance.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and statements for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to implement process improvements and financial controls.
  • Assist with external audits and compliance requirements as necessary.
  • Conduct extensive financial modelling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Proven experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and transaction processing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, accounting systems).
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
