We're now looking for an experienced Senior IT Field Engineer to join our service delivery function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on while also mentoring others, improving processes and helping to shape how technical support is delivered. For the right person, there is a clear pathway into a Service Desk Manager position. You'll work closely with the service desk, account managers, suppliers and building management teams to ensure smooth onboarding, rapid issue resolution and a consistently high standard of service.
