In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the success of high-ARR customers within the crypto ecosystem. You will act not just as a support resource, but as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex operational challenges and providing valuable insights to help them thrive. Your work will have a significant impact on customer relationships and will involve collaboration across multiple teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients. • Accountabilities
• Own post-onboarding success for strategic and high-ARR customers (£40k+ ARR)
• Serve as the primary technical and operational advisor post go-live
• Build deep relationships with finance, operations, and executive stakeholders
• Lead health checks, business reviews, and success planning sessions
• Map complex fund flows and ensure the organization remains the central source of financial truth
• Advise on advanced crypto use cases (stablecoins, custody, DeFi, token operations, treasury)
• Partner with Account Managers to identify expansion, upsell, and new use cases
• Act as an escalation point for complex customer and technical challenges

• Requirements
• 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, or similar roles
• Strong expertise in accounting, financial operations, and reporting
• Experience managing enterprise or high-ARR customers
• Understanding of crypto ecosystems and institutional digital asset workflows
• Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and complex system architectures
• Confident communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Consultative, advisory approach and ability to thrive in multi-stakeholder environments
