This role will focus on improving stability, reliability, and productivity through enterprise-level transformation initiatives that enhance engineering excellence and operational performance. The successful candidate will architect and implement comprehensive transformation programs that modernize our engineering practices while maintaining our competitive edge in the fast-paced trading technology landscape.
