In this role, you’ll provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring a high standard of service across our business.What you’ll be doing:Delivering a legally compliant, value-added advisory service to managers on all people management matters.Supporting managers with HR activities, including grievances, disciplinaries, absence management, performance, and reward.Advising on HR policies and procedures, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices.Acting as the escalation point for complex case management.Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and strategies.Managing and responding to HR queries within the team.Supporting organisational change initiatives, including TUPE transfers and redundancy consultations.Monitoring and reporting on employee relations trends and case activity.Maintaining accurate colleague data in HR and payroll systems.Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning and development, and offboarding.Collaborating with the HR Leadership Team on key projects and initiatives.Travelling to sites and branches as required.What we’re looking forProven experience managing a wide range of employee relations casework.Experience supporting change management processes, including TUPE and redundancy.Background in supporting a customer-facing, geographically dispersed w
