About the Role: As the Electrical Development Engineer, you’ll be the technical lead for electrical systems within the Innovation & NPD team. You’ll spearhead the development of advanced battery-powered systems, support product compliance, and contribute to customer trials, technical documentation, and product launches. Key Responsibilities: Lead electrical development of new powered and battery-operated products, focusing on Li-Ion technology.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to specify, test, and validate prototypes.Support customer field trials and provide technical insights to commercial teams.Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and support warranty investigations.Deliver internal and external training on new technologies and equipment.Contribute to marketing content by highlighting product features and benefits.
