It brings together contemporary education design, media and digital capability, and a strong focus on an outstanding student experience to support the development of scalable, high-impact programs for modern learners across a portfolio of future-focused initiatives. We are seeking multiple Senior Education Designers to lead the development and delivery of high-quality learning, teaching, and assessment across the Faculty. You will create innovative educational solutions, enhance the student learning experience, and work with academic and professional staff to build teaching capability and ensure the effective delivery of courses. Your key responsibilities will be to: provide pedagogical and technical expertise to develop, implement, and complete educational projects and courses aligned with strategic goals and best practices manage the design, delivery, and assessment of programs and units, including mapping, constructive alignment, and innovative teaching approaches lead academic support and professional development initiatives to build teaching capabilities and ensure sustainable, high-quality education delivery drive the adoption and effective use of emerging educational technologies, including AI, across programs and courses foster collaborative academic and professional relationships, deliver timely, accurate advice, and contribute to innovative education models, tools, and resources. About you experience delivering education programs, assessments, and administrative processes in tertiary or higher education proven ability to collaborate with academics to achieve curriculum, pedagogical, and learning outcomes. expertise in online learning design, curriculum development, and applying technology-enhanced pedagogy strong program management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage complex initiatives high-level stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, including implementing innovative, technology-informed teaching solutions.
