You will work on a diverse portfolio of ecology programs and projects across sectors including power and renewables, infrastructure, environment, and transport. • Experience
• Demonstrable experience in planning and delivery of ecological services on projects in the UK or Ireland; excellent field skills in at least one specialist area including protected species licences; mentoring and supporting ecology team members.

• A proactive approach to Health and Safety; strong communication skills to engage effectively with colleagues and clients; passion for innovation and delivering high-quality ecological consultancy; ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Qualifications
• Membership of an appropriate professional institution (such as CIEEM) and evidence of working towards Chartership; well-developed understanding of relevant wildlife conservation legislation and best practice.
