Team/Role OverviewThe UK, Europe & Middle East Africa (MEA) Early Career team directly supports Citi businesses in the attraction, selection, recruitment and program management of graduate, Internship, apprenticeship and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) hires. In this role you will be managing the end-to-end early career talent acquisition delivery of the UK, Europe & MEA Investment Banking Analyst, Internship and MBA programs. What you'll do: Manage the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and program management for early career offerings for the Investment Banking Division across UK, Europe and MEA.Partner with internal business stakeholders on setting the talent acquisition strategy.Act as a credible business expert on campus talent acquisition market trends.Ensure best practice and fully compliant recruitment processes are followed.Keep the candidate tracking system and candidate pipeline updated on a day-to-day basis.Plan and host interview days, assessment centres and other relevant selection/offer events.Attend and lead the assessment centres and wash up sessions with the relevant business stakeholders.Support candidate engagement activity.Produce candidate Management Information/sta
