What You’ll Do Architect International Excellence: Lead on-the-ground sales operations across Europe and Asia-Pacific, serving as the primary bridge to US headquarters to ensure global consistency while respecting local market nuances. Drive Global Enablement: Design and execute a world-class annual sales training curriculum, overseeing our elite technology stack (Highspot, LinkedIn Navigator, Gong) to upskill teams across dozens of global offices. Engineer Strategic Growth: Act as a visionary project lead for International Growth Initiatives, partnering with Corporate Development and Business Lines to accelerate market penetration and steer high-impact deliverables. Master the Matrix: Navigate CME’s shared service model as a "player-coach," aligning sales representatives across multiple business lines and prioritizing key product strategies for maximum ROI. Optimize Performance Intelligence: Oversee the evolution of sales metrics into predictive analytics, delivering C-level insights for Board presentations and quarterly earnings reporting. Lead and Mentor: Direct the International Sales Ops team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the execution of 5-10 major, high-participation sales campaigns annually. What You’ll Bring Proven Expertise: 10+ years of progressive leadership in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy, ideally within a sophisticated global financial services environment. Project Management and Analytics background ideal Executive Presence: Exceptional ability to produce C-level materials and communicate complex strategies to the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership. Strategic Optimizing: A relentless focus on process improvement, from CRM data quality to lead hand-off efficiency and revenue reporting. Global Perspective: A track record of managing high-performing teams across multiple time zones, specifically within the EMEA and APAC regions. Technical Command: Deep proficiency in Salesforce and Highspot; experience leveraging AI tools for sales efficiency and designing complex KPI frameworks.
