We're seeking a future team member for the role of Head, International People Team & Senior HR Business Partner to join our People team. This role is located in London. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Leading international people strategies and supporting global talent initiatives Lead and drive a team of HR professionals providing functional expertise to assigned business units or regions within established policy and program guidelines. Strategically deliver HR solutions and services including Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards Planning, ensuring coordination across geographies for consistency, fairness, and engagement. Collaborate across Communities of Expertise, Service Delivery Teams, and Workforce Support Solutions to influence and implement HR best practices. Serve as a key member of the business leadership team and HR Operating Committee, partnering closely with Executive Committee members and senior leaders. Manage multi-disciplined HR functions and potentially oversee budgets, driving HR strategy aligned with business goals. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 12+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of HR. Minimum 4 years of supervisory or management experience leading medium to large global or regional HR teams. Proven success supporting large Lines of Business or Regions across multiple geographies in areas such as Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, or Total Rewards Planning. Strong executive presence with experience partnering at the senior leadership and executive committee levels. Ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed global environment and influence cross-functional teams.
