The Information Technology Department (ITD) is hiring a (Senior) Digital Program Specialist - AI Innovation Product Manager to lead the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of artificial intelligence (AI) powered business applications built on AIIB's enterprise AI and data-technology platforms. The role will be responsible for turning real business needs into scalable, secure, and user-centric AI products that improve productivity, enhance decision-making, and unlock new organizational capabilities. This position will play a critical role in shaping AIIB's AI application landscape by identifying high-value use cases, designing user experiences, driving product iterations, coordinating fusion teams (IT Subject Matter Experts SMEs, business SMEs, UX, engineering), and ensuring successful adoption. The role combines strategic product ownership with hands-on program leadership, defining product roadmaps, managing product backlogs, validating features with users, and delivering AI solutions through rapid, collaborative experimentation. Responsibilities: Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics for AI applications supporting multiple business units, in alignment with business priorities, user needs, and enterprise AI capabilities.Develop and refine use
