Proximity Recruitment are partnering exclusively with a B2B SaaS provider in Hull to appoint a talented Digital Marketing Manager (up to £60,000 + Benefits) in a tactical, hands-on position that will grow strategically over time.This role will own and deliver digital go-to-market strategy, driving measurable MQL growth and ensuring the brand continues to lead within their niche technology space. It’s ideal for a hands-on, data-driven marketer who enjoys performance ownership in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.Responsibilities include:Develop and execute a data-driven digital marketing and GTM strategyBuild and optimise an ABM approach to generate high-quality MQLsOwn marketing KPIs including MQLs, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and ROILead marketing analytics, reporting, and performance optimisationManage marketing automation and attribution toolsOversee digital performance across SEO, PPC, paid social, email, and CRODrive A/B testing and conversion rate optimisationAnalyse customer segmentation to refine targeting and messagingManage digital budgets and optimise spend based on performanceDeliver content marketing and thought leadership initiativesReport performance and insights to senior stakeholdersThe Successful Candidate will have:Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology marketingStrong focus on efficient MQL generation and ROIHands-on experience with paid digital campaignsStrong analytics capability using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platformsSolid understanding of SEO, CRO, and funnel performanceConfident, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a small teamThe role is 3 days a week in the offices in Hull, 2 days from home and joins a successful brand with a forward-thinking SLT & a desire to build on their curren
