Full time, fixed term for 12 months Drive data-powered decisions as our Senior Digital Analyst and turn insights into impact Base Salary $126,065 - $142,171 + 17% About the opportunity We are seeking a Senior Digital Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering actionable insights from diverse data sources. This position supports stakeholders in understanding the performance and value of marketing campaigns and the overall digital experience. You will ensure data accuracy and provide meaningful analytics that drive strategic decisions across the organisation. This role sits within the Marketing and Communications, Digital Performance team, a dynamic group focused on optimising digital channels and enhancing user experience through data-driven strategies. You will collaborate closely with experts in digital marketing, analytics, and performance to deliver insights that shape impactful campaigns and initiatives. Your key responsibilities will be to: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop actionable insights and reports from multiple data sources. Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of marketing data to inform decision-making. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating discussions to address concerns and gather feedback. Provide training and support for Adobe Analytics users, including developing programs for new users and ongoing learning opportunities for experienced users. About you Previous experience working with large data sources and complex data in the higher education sector. Extensive experience in Adobe Analytics, including tagging and tag management. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to query, validate, and identify patterns in large, complex datasets. Excellent planning, organisational, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
