Senior DevOps EngineerCentral London (3 days per week in the office)Entertainment industry - 100+ employees£85,000 - £90,000 + benefitsYou’ll be joining one of London’s most exciting entertainment brands - a creative, fast-moving business with over 100 people and a growing in-house engineering function that supports everything from digital production systems to cloud infrastructure powering live experiences.They’re building out their DevOps capability to bring more structure, scalability, and automation into their cloud environment, and they’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who’s hands-on, collaborative, and thrives in a modern AWS-based setup.What you’ll be doingDesigning, maintaining, and improving AWS infrastructure using Terraform (IaC first mindset)Supporting and scaling Kubernetes clusters, managing deployments with Helm and ArgoCDOwning CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)Working closely with software engineers to streamline delivery and performanceBringing structure and observability into their environments using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELKChampioning DevOps best practice, security, and reliability across the engineering teamsWhat they’re looking forProven experience in a DevOps or Platform Engineering roleStrong background with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and HelmExperience automating deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD)Strong grasp of containerisation, monitoring, and infrastructure scalingKubernetes certification (CKA or CKAD) - essentialExcellent communicator who enjoys cross-team collaboration and knowledge-sharingWhy joinCreative, people-centric culture -
