The role sits within a DevOps Managed Service team offering IT Development, IT Security, IT Operations as well as assurance to Xpertex’s customer systems.The post-holder will be skilled and experienced professional operating at the SFIA band specifiedThe post-holder will be an active contributor to the development of the lines of service to which it relates for the reporting periodKey responsibilities for this job:Functional, Technical, support and optimisation of the technical systems within the Managed ServiceTechnical Consultancy on multiple customer engagements at customer sites and remote supportDevelopment, Test & Release and Support of customer products Management of all planned outages and deployments of new services, software or capabilities – this includes upgrades, major changes and periods o
