As the driving force behind our next-generation banking technology, you'll influence how we deliver services, set new industry standards, and future-proof our customer journeys across multiple geographies. Your vision and expertise will directly impact the daily lives of millions of our ATM users, keeping HSBC at the forefront of digital banking. What You'll Do: Lead the global engineering delivery for 40+ ATM and Branch technology applications, managing a $25m budget and a team of 250+ experts.Own the technology strategy and roadmap for ATM/Branch platforms, championing cloud, data, API, and event-driven transformation.You're a strategist, shaping engineering business decisions and processes, with an in-depth understanding & knowledge of a bank's ATM Network and ATM Platforms - including hardware, software, and switches.Drive large scale modernisation programs, ensuring stability, resilience, and a best-in-class customer journey.Foster a high-performing, agile engineering culture - mentoring talent and building future ready teams.<
