  • Role & Responsibilities
  • You will be working closely with our Product Managers and their delivery teams to understand each team's individual ways of working including Agile maturity, challenges and key opportunities for development
  • You will work with the Head of Delivery to support the development of the Delivery Framework and be a leading advocate for supporting teams in their journey to implement it
  • You will work with the Head of Delivery to help define north star metrics and provide education, mentoring and guidance to teams to help them make progress towards the relevant targets
  • You will help to identify impediments to fast, high-quality, high-value delivery and proactively suggest and implement solutions both within Product Engineering teams and in interactions with wider stakeholder teams, such as Operations
  • As needed, you will take on direct ownership and leadership of the delivery of business-critical projects
  • Requirements
  • You have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks and principles, but most importantly, are able to flexibly adapt these to individual teams and real-world challenges
  • You are an excellent communicator with the ability to engage and inspire from individuals with varied roles, backgrounds and seniority levels
  • You are experienced in leading and implementing change from both a human and process standpoint, with a wide toolbox of resources to influence and coach effectively
  • You have experience leading complex, critical business-impacting projects across multiple teams, able to lead these projects with clarity, calmness and effective stakeholder and team management
  • You are an excellent facilitator, confident in leading effective meetings and workshops
  • You’re able to identify and analyse trends, impediments and opportunities at both a team and company level, developing potential solutions to support continuous improvement
  • You are extremely effective at building relationships and promoting team culture, with the ability to drop into and back out of teams as you coach them through individual challenges and opportunities
  • You will have, and promote, a mindset for continuous learning and experimentation to effectively influence change across the business
  • You are organised and methodical, able to confidently prioritise your workload and understand where to add value
