Location - Hybrid - West Midlands/Warwickshire/Remote - approx. 1 day per week in the office. 12-month contract£ per day Inside IR35 Experience: Senior Management / Director / Head of / level experience - Delivery Director / Development Delivery Director / Software Delivery Director / Delivery Lead level Leading Software development teams ensuring delivery of outcomes to time, cost and qualityLeading and coaching development teams in their transition to a full Service ownership modelManaging key stakeholders within the organisation ensuring alignment to planned outcomesManage multiple migrations to Cloud from On-PremBudgeting and cost management of teamsCreating and maintaining a robust risk and controls regimeExperienced delivering large scale and complex software programmes / system integrations / migrations within financial services Experience of managing multiple high level and value work streams Software Development / SDLC Onboarding / offboarding of technology Team management / people management / leadershipBudgeting and Cost Management Risk and Controls Financial Services sector experience (General Insurance / GI or Life & Pensions or Banking)
