  • We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize high-performance data solutions on the Snowflake cloud platform. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will lead the development of ETL pipelines, data models, and analytics solutions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and reliability.   • Accountabilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain ETL pipelines and Snowflake-based data architectures for both batch and real-time processing.
  • Optimize Snowflake database performance, including schema design, indexing, and query efficiency.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing, QA processes, and unit tests.
  • Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Integrate Snowflake with customer engagement tools, enabling effective use of data for marketing automation and personalized campaigns.
  • Provide technical guidance on Snowflake best practices, optimization techniques, and innovative data solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Snowflake Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes (4+ years).
  • Python experience (2+ years) for data transformations and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake features such as Snowpipe, Data Sharing, and Secure Data Sharing.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data integration tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
  • Experience in agency settings or client-facing roles is advantageous.
