Senior Credit ControllerLondon City (3 days office/2WFH)£45,000Must be available immediately / 1 weeks notice maximum We are exclusively recruiting for a global shipping company based in the City of London who are going through a period of transition. They are looking to recruit a Senior Credit Controller to work alongside a Credit Manager. They are looking for someone who is an experienced credit controller who enjoys problems solving and query resolution. Alongside day to day credit control duties you will be working on a project to resolve unallocated cash and aged debts going back over the past 10 years. It is a complex industry and needs someone with patience, resilience and good people skills.Going forward the role will develop to support the credit manager during a period of transition.Key dutiesChasing outstanding debts / global multicurrency ledgerUnpicking a backlog of aged debts and unallocated cashExtension liaising with internal business to gain help resolving queriesReconciliation, adjustments, writes off etcFuture involvement with process improvement in the departmentRequirementsMulticurrency/global credit control experienceIdeally experience of working in a complex industry Good excel skillsExcellent communications skillsPatience and resilienceHigh energy & self motivated with the ability to work on own initiative Looking for someone on short notice or immediately available CWC is a specialist recruitment consultancy dedicated to recruiting credit professionals.
