• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Chartered MRICS status desirable for Senior Cost Consultant roles; candidates working towards chartership will also be considered for Cost Consultant positions. Relevant experience in infrastructure sectors (rail or highways preferred) with practical knowledge of NEC contracts. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with cost systems (e.g., Oracle) is an advantage. Ability to interpret and manage complex data sets. Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills. Organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel within the West Region as required Full Drivers licence
