This team sits at level 4 of the engineering hierarchy and is responsible for providing advanced support for the 2nd and 3rd line service desk teams and the network infrastructure used to deliver services to customers. This includes the MPLS, Data Centre and Optical network. Key responsibilities for this job:Work on projects predominately involving maintenance of the existing Infrastructure and introducing any service improvement and automation Implementing projects within the deadline. Acting as a senior technical escalation point within the Core Network Operations team for both faults and network changes.
