About
Location: Remote (Americas/EMEA time zones) Department: Marketing Reports To: CEO/CRO Compensation: $2,500–$3,500 USD per month Overview: Senturo helps K-12 school districts secure and recover devices across ChromeOS, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. We provide 10-minute location updates (real-time in Missing Mode), automations via leading MDMs to lock or wipe or message, and privacy-first controls that reveal detailed location only during declared incidents. We’re looking for a creative, AI-savvy marketer who can own a steady, no-ad-spend publishing cadence and turn proof into pipeline. You’ll ship weekly content, run partner webinars, operate HubSpot sequences for warm nurtures plus a third-party cold email tool, cultivate our mailing list with a monthly newsletter, and convert events and case studies into multi-format assets. You’re comfortable writing, coordinating simple CMS/design updates, building lightweight dashboards in Google Sheets, organizing in Notion or ClickUp (with Google Calendar for reminders), and moving fast with ChatGPT/Claude while maintaining accuracy and tone. Core Responsibilities (priority order): 1. Pipeline sequences: run HubSpot sequences (warm) plus cold email sequences via a third-party tool—build lists, keep deliverability healthy, run light A/B tests, and report weekly on replies, meetings, and sourced opportunities. 2. Partner webinars: plan and run short integration spotlights end-to-end (landing page, HubSpot form and invites, dry-run, hosting/recording, recap post, follow-ups). 3. Newsletter: curate and ship a monthly K-12 update in HubSpot; maintain segmentation, UTM hygiene, and a simple performance readout. 4. Trade-show follow-ups: import and segment leads, send personalized thank-you within 24 hours, run a 3-touch sequence over 10–14 days, then a 30-day re-engage. 5. CMS/design coordination: coordinate simple page updates in our CMS (currently Webflow) or brief a dev/designer; prepare carousels/one-pagers using templates in a modern design tool (e.g., Figma/Canva/Adobe) or brief a designer when custom work is needed. 6. Weekly cadence: publish 2–3 LinkedIn posts (founder and company) and 1–2 repurposed assets (carousel, one-pager, short clip, or simple landing-page refresh). 7. Google Sheets: maintain lightweight dashboards for UTMs, webinar registrants, sequence performance, and meeting-assists. 8. Ops & planning: keep a clean content calendar in Notion or ClickUp; use Google Calendar for reminders and live events; hit dates; close the loop with Sales and CS. 9. AI workflows: use ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate briefs, outlines, repurposing, and QA with documented guardrails. Required Skills & Experience: • 3–6 years in B2B SaaS marketing with shipped, measurable work • Excellent written English; plain-English, benefit-first style for K-12 IT buyers • Comfortable with modern design and website tools; you can brief and QA changes, and make simple content edits when needed (CMS/design-tool agnostic) • HubSpot hands-on experience with sequences, lists/segmentation, newsletters, UTMs, and basic dashboards • Google Sheets confidence (filters, pivots, simple LOOKUP/QUERY) and strong Notion or ClickUp hygiene for planning • Webinar logistics end-to-end: landing page, invites, dry-run, hosting, recap, and follow-ups • AI-native habits: prompt libraries, repurposing frameworks, QA checklist; experience with ChatGPT and Claude • Reliable daily overlap with US school hours (minimum ~3 hours with US Eastern or Central; exact hours to be agreed) Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with K-12 or EdTech is a plus but not essential • Ability to produce basic assets from templates in your preferred design tool and make simple CMS edits or clone an existing landing page • Basic video editing for 60–90 second clips; GA4 basics Goals & Success Metrics (priority order): • Pipeline: steady increase in demo-worthy meetings and Sales-Accepted Leads sourced or assisted by webinars, newsletters, sequences, and post-event follow-ups • Events: 2 partner webinars per quarter delivered with recap assets and strong attendee-to-meeting follow-up within 21 days • Email: monthly newsletter shipped on schedule; warm/cold sequence positive-reply and meeting rates trending up quarter-over-quarter • Cadence: at least 2 LinkedIn posts per week and at least 1 repurposed asset per week shipped consistently Stack You’ll Use (informational, not limiting): HubSpot, Google Sheets/Drive, Notion or ClickUp, Slack, Zoom/Webinar, a modern CMS (we use Webflow), and modern design tools (e.g., we use Figma). AI tools: ChatGPT and Claude. Work Schedule & Travel: Remote in Americas/EMEA time zones with dependable overlap to US school hours. Occasional US trade-show travel if feasible. Compensation & Terms: $2,500–$3,500 USD per month depending on experience; full-time remote contractor. How to Apply: Important: begin the first line of your email body with the exact phrase: FindMyDevice at district scale. Include: - CV / LinkedIn - Three links showing end-to-end execution (brief → assets → outcome) - Two sentences on how you’ve used ChatGPT or Claude to 3–5× output without losing quality - Applications that don’t include the exact phrase in the first line are unlikely to be reviewed.
