You’ll provide expert support to account executives and clients alike, ensuring policies are placed correctly, renewals are handled efficiently, and risks are managed with precision.Key Responsibilities:Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of commercial clientsHandle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy documentation accuratelyLiaise confidently with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and cover optionsSupport account executives with complex or high-value casesEnsure compliance with FCA regulations and internal quality standardsIdentify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional servicesAbout YouYou’re a confident communicator and trusted adviser who enjoys building lasting relationships.
