We’ve built a culture that celebrates community, collaboration, and innovation, where people love what they do.     What’s the job?  Join our IT team as a Senior Cloud Engineer, where you’ll manage, maintain, and optimise our multi-cloud environment across Microsoft 365, Azure, GCP, AWS, and other cloud and SaaS/PaaS/IaaS platforms. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our cloud-based applications and infrastructure while supporting our ongoing migration from on-premise to cloud. This is a hands-on role where you’ll apply your cloud engineering expertise to enhance automation, strengthen security and compliance, and enable teams to innovate faster through reliable, scalable technology solutions. Principal accountabilities (include but not limited to):  Manage day-to-day operations of cloud platforms including user access, performance, monitoring, and fault tolerance. Implement and maintain security and compliance measures, including access controls, encryption, and adherence to frameworks such as ISO 27001. Drive automation initiatives using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools to streamline provisioning, configuration, and deployments. Monitor and optimise system performance through tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch. Collaborate across IT teams to ensure seamless integration between cloud and on-premises environments. Support incident response and recovery processes, including diagnosis, resolution, and post-incident analysis. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in cloud projects, contributing technical guidance and alignment with organisational goals. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to drive innovation, cost efficiency, and scalability. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of configurations, architecture, and standard procedures. Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery (BCP/DR) planning and testing. Who you are:  You’re an experienced infrastructure and cloud professional with deep technical knowledge and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You bring both hands-on engineering expertise and a collaborative approach that supports innovation and reliability. Minimum 8 years’ experience in infrastructure engineering. At least 2+ years’ hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Industry certifications in cloud technologies (advantageous). Solid automation skills using Terraform, Ansible, Git, and Linux systems (ssh, shell scripting). Proven problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A drive for innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of: GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, VPC, Cloud Storage, etc.) Azure & Microsoft 365 (Azure DevOps, Entra ID, Defender for Cloud) AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, etc.) CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), or DevSecOps To review the full job description, please click here.
