We are looking for someone who has experience in hospitality industry. As a Senior Virtual Assistant, you will oversee and manage short-term rental operations across multiple platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO etc. You will play a key role in optimizing property performance, ensuring high guest satisfaction, and maintaining the integrity of operations via PMS and channel managers. This role requires deep knowledge of the short-term rental ecosystem, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment. The following are the list of tasks we expect from you. * Client communication * Handling complaint as a customer service *Working as a part of team to resolve client issues * Listing OTAs (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) * Syncing OTAs to Channel Manager/PMS * Syncing Booking Engine to Website * Booking hotel and ticket as Virtual assistance * Ability to follow-up on old leads and validate it a potential lead * Your English should be immaculate. * Ability to liaise with senior management and communicate meaningful and short messages. * Ability to lead or mentor junior team members.
