The Role: Client Manager / Senior Manager As a Client Manager, or Senior Manager for those with appropriate experience, you will play a key role in managing and developing client relationships while supporting the growth of the practice. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.Overseeing self-assessment tax returns (initially), with a view to transitioning these to the team as you focus on new client development alongside Directors.Handling day-to-day tax issues, with support from the tax team when required.Planning and allocating work across the team.Reviewing work completed by junior team members to ensure quality and compliance.Acting as a mentor to trainees, helping them develop their skills and careers.Building strong client relationships and working closely with Partners to grow the portfolio. About You We’re keen to speak with professionals currently in a management or supervisory role within an accountancy practice, responsible for a client portfolio and some staff oversight. Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.<strong
