The Role: The Senior Change Manager is the elevation of a current role, recognising the increasing importance of Salesforce and client data within the marketing, distribution and client servicing journeys. The role has varied responsibilities, including: creating a client analytics roadmap, and influencing senior business and technology stakeholders to secure buy-in and support; leading pilots and feasibility assessments to quickly validate hypotheses; providing thought leadership, with a view on industry trends, peer performance and opportunities for M&G to differentiate itself; responsibility for delivery associated to the Salesforce and Client Data teams to support near term and strategic deliverables and more. To date, there has been significant progress on improving use experience of Sale
