The Senior Category Management Lead will be at the forefront of this change, leading the development and execution of category strategies for all technology-related spend.This is a senior leadership role, reporting to the Head of Strategic Category Management, and managing a team of commercial professionals.Key Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of strategic category plans for the Technology category.Engage with senior stakeholders to align procurement strategies with organisational goals.Oversee complex sourcing pipelines and manage high-value, strategic contracts.Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive innovation and value.Ensure compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 and Public Contracts Regulations 2015.Embed ESG, sustainability, and third-party risk management into procurement practices.Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team. What We're Looking ForEssential: Deep expertise in technology procurement and supplier markets.Proven experience in public sector strategic category management.Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.Demonstrated success in delivering complex procurement strategies.In-depth knowledge of public procurement legislation.
