We provide Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 26 residents in a warm and welcoming environment.As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in leading our care team, ensuring residents receive the highest standards of care, and helping to create a supportive and homely atmosphere. You will assist residents with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and mealtimes, always upholding dignity and independence. You will manage and administer medication safely, maintain accurate records, and contribute to care plans and risk assessments. Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, you will foster a caring and professional environment while responding calmly to any emergencies.
