Key responsibilities include:Undertaking building surveys, defect diagnosis, and condition reports.Managing refurbishment and maintenance projects, including contract administration.Preparing schedules of dilapidations and party wall awards.Providing expert advice to clients on property-related matters.Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of the team.Key Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need:MRICS qualification ideally with post-qualification experience.Proven expertise in both residential and commercial sectors.Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage complex projects.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.A proactive approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Salary & BenefitsCompetitive salary of up to £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.A supportive and collaborative working environment.Opportunity to work on prestigious projects in a dynamic London market.Career progression opportunities within a respected consultancy.Market leading be
