Core Responsibilities As a Senior Building Surveyor, your role will include: Due Diligence – Providing expert advice to clients on property acquisitions and investments.Construction Monitoring – Overseeing project delivery and ensuring compliance with specifications.Contract Administration – Managing contracts for construction, refurbishment, and fit-out projects.Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) – Developing and managing maintenance schedules.Dilapidations and Exit Strategy – Advising clients on lease-end obligations and strategic property exits. Candidate RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have: A BSc in Building Surveying or equivalent qualification.MRICS accreditation, with 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience in a commercial Building Surveying environment.Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.Experience in managing and administering small to medium-sized construction, refurbishment, and fit-out projects (£0.5M–£10M).A client-focused, results-driven approach to project delivery.
