Reporting to the Head of Category, we are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Makeup category on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The primary purpose of this role is to step-change and strategically drive category success across sales, profitability and long-term growth. The Role You Could Play As Senior Brand Manager – Makeup, you’ll develop and deliver a strategic agenda that drives meaningful change and long-term success for the category. You’ll manage day-to-day relationships with our global makeup brand partners, identify growth opportunities that exceed customer expectations, and prepare monthly reporting and sales forecasting to maximise profitability. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Digital and Loyalty to coordinate go-to-market initiatives for new brand launches and key moments. You’ll also coach, develop and mentor team members within the broader Merchandise function, while championing continuous improvement and department-wide initiatives. What You Will Bring There’s no doubt that extensive buying and brand management experience in finished goods, paired with a passion for our customers, is essential for success in this role.
